High sensitivity

If we recommend using a quality headphone amplifier, the Focal Listen headphones can be powered by any nomadic stereo source, thanks to its very high sensitivity (122 dB / mW) and its impedance of 32 ohms.

The Focal Listen headphones continue to deliver the acoustic quality, reliability and comfort, and retain the acoustic signature Focal, a balanced sound that does not ignore the deep register. Closed type, it adopts a circum-aural coupling to offer a maximum of comfort. Its earpieces envelop the pavilions and provide excellent sound insulation against external noise, thanks to a thermosensitive memory foam of 22 mm thickness. The comfort of use is excellent, for hours of listening and pleasure.

Mylar and titanium transducers

The Focal Listen is equipped with quality components, starting with its very light and highly reactive 40 mm transducers with hybrid mylar / titanium diaphragm. They are characterized by an extremely well defined sound and a very low distortion, guarantees of a great harmonic richness and a very good spatialization. The sound is dynamic, lively, with powerful bass and generous but always perfectly controlled so as not to be invasive.

Detachable cable with microphone

Resolutely nomadic, the Focal Listen headset is foldable for easy storage in its carry case. Robustness is required with moving parts and reinforced joints to meet the requirements of this type of helmet, often handled, folded and unfolded during use. The high-quality detachable cable adopts high-purity OFC copper conductors to provide the best transfer quality to the audio signal. A universal control for smartphone with microphone is integrated for hands-free telephony. A mini-jack to 6.35 mm jack adapter and a dual-mono airplane adapter are also provided.
